Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the District of Lakeland No. 521 intends to adopt a bylaw pursuant to The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to close a portion of a municipal street known as Bay Drive and Jacobson Drive, Plan 70PA14531 at Bell’s Beach, Christopher Lake.
The proposed bylaw will facilitate a replot and realignment of the properties to accommodate compliance with the regulations of the municipal Zoning Bylaw.
Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 12, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in the District Municipal Office in the Village of Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw. Council will also consider written submissions received at the hearing, or delivered to the undersigned at the municipal office before the hearing.
