Transition to Municipal Enforcement

The District of Lakeland has dissolved the Community Safety Officer (CSO) program known as Lakeland District Protective Services (LDPS), effective immediately. Work is now underway to establish a new Municipal Enforcement model that will focus on bylaw enforcement, public education, and maintaining a strong community presence.
