Step into a key role in keeping our community moving as a Maintenance Level 3 team member with the District of Lakeland No. 521. In this temporary full-time position, with the potential to become permanent, you’ll join our Public Works team and put your heavy equipment skills to work—especially your grader operating experience—on road construction, maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal projects that residents rely on every day.
Reporting directly to the Public Works Manager, you’ll operate a variety of municipal equipment, assist with drainage and roadwork, support both summer and winter operations, and help maintain public reserves and community sites.
